nRF Utility apps cannot be connected

Hi, I just downloaded the Utility app for the ble apps(nRF518 SDK) checking on my i5 at iOS 7.1.2. I have tried to connect the apps(hr, proximity) of Utility, but there is no answer or response when apps searching(connecting). I also tried to connect nRF Uart app using the ble_app_uart example. The result was the same as before. What I can try? or what I was wrong? any advice.
