Revisiting PAs for nRF51

Hi,

There was a thread about using PAs (and not LNAs) with the nRF51 a while back with some good advice.

One question I still have: is there currently any way to support an ENABLE line for a PA for power constrained applications?

You can use the VDD_PA pin on the nRF51 as a TX enable for the PA. The VDD_PA will go high for as long as the nRF51 is in TX mode. You can't source anything from this pin, but you can use it as a trigger for the PA.
