nAN36 project errors

I downloaded the zip file from Git Hub Nordic.. and extracted it into C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_Examples\7.1.0\ble_peripheral\

When I open the project from C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_Examples\7.1.0\ble_peripheral\nrf51-ble-app-lbs-master\arm

I get the following pop-up: The intended target DK is the PCA10028

and immediately after that i see

How can i resolve this?

I guess you are using the newest Keil version 5.14? There is no longer support for opening old uVision4 project in this version. The legacy support does not work. I think the only solution is to download version 4 of the MDK here: www.keil.com/.../

You could of course open an other uVision5 project from the SDK and copy over the code from the example.

I just had to copy code over, everyone was making claims that it works out of the box, but those claims come with a lot of assumptions that most likely are not applicable.

Thanks for your response, i thought I was doing something wrong, turns out I was doing what was needed to be done.
