can I download the source code?

This app is able to detect the nrf51822 chip even with android 4.1, which is great, so I could test my firmware on my samung.

Unfortunately, we can't share the source code for nRFUtility. It was developed with an API that was available under a strict NDA from Samsung.

If you need a contact in Samsung to get access to this API, I suggest you contact the regional sales manager for your country.
