How do you get the Device ID/MAC Address for nRF8001

Hello!

I am using the nRF8001 BLE chip on the Redbear Labs Blend board, and I need to get the MAC address, which I heard is also called the device ID. I understand that it is possible, but I am having trouble finding documentation on the libraries.

In the nRF8001 product specification chapter 24.10 you'll find information about the GetDeviceAddress.

In the Arduino SDK there's a function called bool lib_aci_get_address(void); that will return the address to you application as well. You can find the Arduino SDK here if you haven't seen it yet.
