select the one you want from here: www.nordicsemi.com/.../Bluetooth-R-low-energy there is a download available.
And the product keys themselves are given as part of the kits. To download the iOS apps, you need either an nRF8001, nRF8002 or nRF51822 Development or Evaluation Kit.
