16MHZ crystal stability

The nRF51422 product specification says that you have to use a +-40 ppm crystal for BLE applications. On DigiKey, there are 2 columns for 2520 crystals: frequency stability and frequency tolerance. What should I use while choosing my crystal?

which says 25ppm for stability and 15ppm for tolerance.

The stability number defines the variation from temperature and in some cases variances in load capacitors as well. The +/-40 ppm requirement would be for tolerance, stability and aging. If you are creating an application that will be in room temperature it natural to see a lot better stability as the temperature range will be smaller. The crystals you refer to should be fine to be used, but if you are making an application with very wide temperature range expectancy, you might want to find something will slightly better stability across temperature.
