RAMONB for nRF51822-xxAC

Hi all

According to the following post, the RAMONB register doesn't exist since the nRF51822 has only 2 RAM blocks: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

But the current version (V3.1) of the PS shows that the nRF51822-xxAC with 32kB RAM has 4 RAM blocks. How are the RAM blocks 2 and 3 handled? Because the reference manual V3.0 describes that these two blocks are only handled with the RAMONB register but the S130 V1.0.0 has still no functions to access it.

Hi Aryan. Thanks for the quick response. Do you mean that in a further SDK release the RAMONB register is supported or that the RAM blocks 2 and 3 are handled in another register? Kind regards.

Current Softdevice versions enable all RAM blocks after reset, but they only allow access (get,set and clr) to only RAMON (RAM blocks 0 and 1). RAMONB which configures (enabling and disabling )RAM blocks 2 and 3 is not accessible in current released version, but they will be soon.
