broadcasting capability of nRF2460

I would like to use nRF2460 in my project (Hearing Aid for elder people).In that I need to transmit the data from a mic/line in to >30 receivers within a range of 100 yards.can I use nRF2460 for this purpose?do you have any other solution?

@Eldho: As far as I know the nRF2460 only support 1 to 1 communication.
