Check BLE connection interval

Hi,

When nrf51822 is connected via bluetooth LE to an iPhone application, is it possible to check the actual connection interval (between MIN_CONN_INTERVAL = 20ms and MAX_CONN_INTERVAL = 30ms) that is negotiated between the board and the phone?

Yes. When you get the BLE_GAP_EVT_CONNECTED event, you can check p_ble_evt->evt.gap_evt.params.connected.conn_params.max_conn_interval or p_ble_evt->evt.gap_evt.params.connected.conn_params.min_conn_interval. Both will be equal to the connection interval.

This is also true when you get the BLE_GAP_EVT_CONN_PARAM_UPDATE event.

You better take this, when you get the BLE_GAP_EVT_CONN_PARAM_UPDATE event:

p_ble_evt->evt.gap_evt.params.conn_param_update.conn_params.max_conn_interval

the "conn_param_update" part is important here =)

Also note: You have to multiply the value with 1.25 to get milliseconds.
