control BT lmp manager

Hi: for nRF51 I want to send command to link manager by HCI command ,or example LMP_test_control, LMP_Activate , etc. Could I modify firmware to do it ?

There is no Host Controller Interface on the nRF51 (or nRF52 for that matter).
