characteristics list on nordic control panel shifted after deleting a characteristic on peripheral side

I have a set of characteristics on my ble peripheral (nrf51) which I display with nordic control panel tool (android). but when I deleted one characteristic on the peripheral side, all the characteristics on the phone are shifted by one (the UUID still the same but the value of curent characteristic is the one of characteristic above or below ( i didnt notice). so what's the issue? is the softdevice store some kind of index?

The Android device may be caching the peripheral's handles (this could save the energy needed to completely discover all the handles). You might try restarting the Android device or even just disabling and re-enabling bluetooth on it.
