Detailed description of the GPIO block

Hi,

Is it possible to get a more detailed description of the GPIO block than what is available in the reference manual? Specifically i'm interested in how the disconnect function actually works and any possibilities of leakage currents, depending on what is connected on the outside. Also, where is the 0.3V protection diodes located?

Disconnect:

• Output disconnect. Output transistors are turned off, gates for NMOS pulled to ground and PMOS pulled to VDD.
• Input disconnect. This turns of the schmitt trigger on the input.

ESD Diodes:

All GPIO pins on nRF52 have ESD diodes to VSS and VDD, they are reversed biased diodes, but will start to conduct if the GPIO is pulled above VDD or below VSS.
