Connect to ANCS without bonding

Hi,

I'm using Nordic 8001 with Arduino.

I successfully connected to ANCS. The problem is that i need another iOS App that scans for services on my bluetooth device and after that i receive an alert to enter the passkey. After I enter it, the bond is done and the devices are connected. Everyting is ok, but i need a method to connect to the iOS ANCS without asking for a passkey.

Is it a possibility that the bluetooth module connects automatically to the ANCS service? Thanks!

Hi,

You can configure the required level of security (in nRFgo studio) to Unauthenticated (Just Works). In this case a passkey would not be needed.
