What are you asking? Please write proper questions. The two Characteristic IDs are not the same. The two Client Characteristic Configuration descriptor UUIDs are the same because that's the defined UUID for a Client Characteristic Configuration descriptor.

You want to know what WHAT are the same? You have arrowed two Characteristic UUIDs which ARE NOT THE SAME, one starts 0x6e40eeee .. and the other starts 0x6e400003 ... that's not the same .. and two Client Characteristic Configuration descriptors which are the same because they have to be the same because that's the UUID for a Client Characteristic Descriptor.
