Scripting with MCP and PCA10000

I have a large list (a few hundred) of BLE messages that need to be sent as part of a regression test of my app. I'd like to script that. Is there a command line interface (CLI) for the master control panel that I could use to accomplish this?

Alternatively, is there an API for the PCA10000 that I could use to do this?

There isn't a CLI application, but there is a C# API that should cover your use case. Please take a look at the documentation and example applications available in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Emulator\2.1.6.8098 when you have installed Master Control Panel.
