central scanner and mobile device

I have 2 nrf51-dk with softdevice 130 (one as central, and the other as peripheral), i use sdk v.10.

I have read and follow central tutorial, and all works.

Now, I have modified the code to show the addres of the advertising that central is recieving and only shows the addres of BLE devices, I tried with 2 mobile device, the mobile devices detect nrf51-dk (peripheral), but nrf51-dk (central) no detects mobile devices advertising.

I don´t use whitelist, show all the addresses of the received advertisments.

I have tried with Sniffer and nRF Master Control Panel and the same result.

Is there something that I´m doing wrong or nrf-51 (central) doesn´t detect devices that aren´t ble?

The central should be able to scan advertisments from the smart phones. Are you printing the addresses of the received advertisments? How? Could you include the code?

Are you saying that the nRF Sniffer and nRF Master Control Panel can't discover the smart phone advertisments? Are you sure that the smart phones are actually advertising? What smart phones are you using? What app(s) are you using on them?

Yes, the smart phones are advertisments because when i active bluetooth in one of them, the others discover this and vicebersa. The smart phones which i´m using are S4 (android v. 4.4.2), thl T6S (android v. 5) and nexux 6 ( (android v. 6.0.1).

Are you sure the smart phones aren't finding eachother because of classic Bluetooth and not BLE? What app are you using to enable BLE advertising on the smart phones?
