Hi, I'm using nrf8001 nordic chip on my project. With some time on the nrf8001 chip begins to send the HW_ERROR with failure on ll_lm.s0.c and line 571. This not crash the board yet, but with more time this event occurs more often on board an crash the nrf8001. The avr used as controller still works, but the nrf8001 does not answer anything for spi and also no longer responds by ble. Can you help me with some information about this error. Thanks.

When does this happen? Is it when you are in a connection, while advertising ot while you are in standby mode. Is it possible for you to upload a sniffer trace showing the air traffic when the problem occurs?

We're also sporadically getting this HardwareErrorEvent with the same filename and line number. It happens during advertising, when trying to re-establish a connection to an Android device. The connection was bonded before (encryption enabled).

Can a Nordic engineer please tell us what the error means? In the meantime we will try to capture a trace of the air traffic.

It might be that you are hitting PAN issue #6. Check if the HW error event correlates with connection requests, and check the TransmitWindowOffset and channel map. Link to pan document.
