PSTORAGE_MIN_BLOCK_SIZE value

Is there any recommended value for PSTORAGE_MIN_BLOCK_SIZE or is it completely system determined. The commends in pstorage_platform.h are somewhat unclear.

If I only require 2bytes for example to be stored per block can i set PSTORAGE_MIN_BLOCK_SIZE 2?

for predictable system behavior, you should have it atleast the word size (that is equal to 4)
