debug nRF52 PCA10040, with eclipse, error: J-link GDB Server failed

Hi, I am following the tutorial devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../. to try to use eclipse to program and debug.

I have installed Eclipse on windows and I can compile without problems.

But when I try to debug, I encountered this error:

The nRF52 PCA10040 board is connected with my laptop with usb cable.

The configuration of debugger is as follows:

according to the error, it seems i need to connect certain parts. Could any body give me some tips? thanks!
