nrf51822 needs too much current on custom board

Hello, I designed a board with a nrf51822 on it. My problem now is, that this chip needs far too much current (with no firmware on it) when I apply the 3V3 power to it. I tried to use a NRF51 DK to apply the power and program it. When it's connected, the supply voltage drops from about 2,85V to 2,55V and it is very unstable (sometimes it comes up to 2,7 again..) Meanwhile, the Chip gets a bit warm. when I apply a more powerfull voltage source with 3V3, the Chip gets so hot, that you can't even touch it...

Very interesting is, that for the first time connected, the DK finds the Chip and can program it. After this, it losts the connection. This behaviour gets worse and worse when I try it severel times, even when turn off and on the power.

I really don't see the problem. Maybe I got an error in reasoning on the layout. Therefore, I upload some pictures of my layout. It is nothing soldered there except for the nrf51822 and the stuff around it. Maybe, somebody can point out a problem there :) #Problem solved, has nothing to do with layout..

Ps.: I tried to apply a pull down resistor on SWDCLK and a pull up on SWDIO with no success (tried 1k and 10k)!
