I am working in a project.The project had defined the manuf_data that it didn't need the company_identifier(bluetooth core 4.0). Is there any way does not show company_identifier in the manuf_data.

No. Company identifier is a mandatory part of the manufacturer data field.

Yes it's mandatory. The first two bytes of the manufacturer data are defined to be the company ID.
