Heart Rate Monitor example(and others) shows "The device does not have required services"

Hello,

I get the same massage in the nRF toolbox app when tring to connect to both HRM and the UART examples. I upload the hex file as written(did the same thing with PROXIMITY example, and that worked fine), but when i press "connect" i get the a massage"The device does not have required services".

I looked at all the question in the forum which include "Heart rate monitor". Anyone has an idea?

EDIT: HRM SOLVED! I had to send the command eraseall to the card first

What application example are you running on the nRF5?

S132( is that what you meant?) If not, I downloaded the HRM monitor from the"getting started" toturial and followed the instructions.

I have only a partial solution, I still can't get the uart tutorial to work.
