Serialization status in SDK 12?

I see at infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp a note how:

• Missing feature: Serialization of the latest S132 SoftDevice v3.0.0 API (work in progress)

My questions are:

1. is the entire serialization missing or just the new API added in that softdevice

2. when should we expect that serialization to be available?

Serialization was not included in the release of SDK 12. Currently the entire serialization is missing, and there are no examples. You should expect an updated minor release of the SDK with support for serialization quite soon, possibly within weeks, though I cannot say for sure.
