Can the nrf51 dongle be used with simulANT+?

I have a nrf51 Dongle handy and I'm wondering if it can be used as an ANT+ to USB gateway for running simulANT+ on my PC? If this is possible, where can I find the dongle firmware and USB drivers? If not then I will have to order an ANTUSB-M dongle and wait for it to arrive.

As far as I know you need the ANTUSB-m dongle.
