NRF51 pwm accuaracy

I'm using SDK 11 on my nrf51 chip. I'm trying to output a 120hz pwm but it doesn't seem to be producing at 120hz. I have a 120hz signal i'm trying to match and it blows pass it. When I attach it to a scope, the scope is able to tell me the 120hz input signal but can't tell me the frequency I'm producing.

Is this a 51-dk? The scope is unable to tell you the PWM frequency ? What pins are you using to output the PWM signal?

No it's not the dk. I'm using singal channel pwm and P0.05

Could you try another pin, in case P0.05 is used by something else.

what would be using P0.05? I don't initialize anything else on that pin nor do i use bsp

Ok, in that case nothing else should be using P0.05. What period are you using when calling APP_PWM_DEFAULT_CONFIG_1CH() ? What duty cycle are using? Feel free to upload the code you are using.
