52832 to recognize three level UUID

I use 52832 as a center to recognize a device.I found that the device have three level UUID.how can I to recognize the third UUID

Hi.

The last "red square" on your picture is around a ATT-value, where the value of the characteristic is.

Could you take a look at this guide and see if that clarifies things?
