NAND or NOR flash memory to use with nrf25832?

NAND or NOR flash memory to use with nrf25832?
my application is to store the data from mpu-9255 to flash memory.
my data rate is about 3 mega byte per hour and i have such data more than 32 or 64 megabyte..
i have to store this data upto week...so which flash memory is to be used?
is there any example code for both flash memory?
both can be interfaced easily?
according my research NOR is expensive with high density and NAND is cost effective with high memory density.

giving my opinion here. 3MB of data every hour at continuous rate is a lot of rewrites to flash. Even though there are lot of efforts to reduce erase cycles in the flash libraries in the SDK, Since NOR…

3MB of data every hour at continuous rate is a lot of rewrites to flash. Even though there are lot of efforts to reduce erase cycles in the flash libraries in the SDK, Since NOR memories are better with more erase endurance, I would have preferred this as an external flash to store data from mpu-9255.

Thanks Aryan. Your answer gave me some clarity about NOR. Could you guide me about erase cycle in flash memory with example codes/library etc.

In my application requires more number of erase cycle.

In our SDK(s) we have a library for flash storage (called fds, located in SDK\components\fds) which enables you to do read/writes/erase on flash blocks in a efficient manner. You can read more about them here and here at infocenter.
