  • Since the nRF52832 doesn't have the necessary hardware support for all the data rates bluetooth 5.0 uses then it fairly clearly won't support bluetooth 5.0 in the future, at least nothing which requires that hardware support.

    That's why Nordic have just previewed their new chip which does have support (and finally USB on board as well!!!!)
