nrf51822 accelerometer connection for keil compiler code?

I want to make nrf51822 with accelerometer.But Keil compiler dont know.What I do? It was given as examples of programs I want to do.devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../.I I want to do like this program. Can you help me ?

Of course the Keil compiler knows nothing about accelerometers - that has nothing to do with the compiler!
