regarding ota in nrf5340

i am using nrf5340 with ncs 1.9.1 i want to integrared ota on my custom board with custom firmware first i want to integrate ota on dvk with nrf5340 can someone please tell me how can i do that some link and document would be helpful

Hello Manikandan,

For adding the OTA DFU support to your Application please refer to the DFU over Bluetooth section in this blog post. You can refer to the bootloader documentation for better understanding about MCUBoot (bootloader used in the blog post). This repository from my colleague will also help you with better understanding on Bootloaders and DFU, see this sample.  Please let me know if this helped or you need any more refernce.

Hello,

Please see the SDK version mentioned in Readme file. I think repository sample is built with latest NCS version(V2.3.0) and blog post is tested with v1.8.1. But you can refer both the samples as you are trying to add OTA DFU support. It's bit generic as most of the configuration are almost same.

hello i can able to do ota using hello world and lbs examples now i am using this https://github.com/simon-iversen/ncs_samples/tree/master/update_mcuboot_app_and_netcore to update ota for both app and netcore in this link link they have done changes in C:\vetinstant\version_6\child_image\hci_rpmsg.c but i dont have .c file in that folder i have only .conf what should i do

Hello,

The folder mentioned here is from the hci_rpmsg sample under the zephyr. This is the sample running inside the network core of the nRF5340.

Please see that this repository is not based on OTA DFU. It is based on serial DFU. Refer to this sample instead.
