Hi!
We received our custom boards now, and I'm having some trouble communicating with them. My question is regarding my setup.
I am using the 10-pin cable from the nRF9160DK Debug out to my custom board. I am powering the custom board through the DK by the power pins to the right of the power switch, + to VDD and - to GND. SW9 set to 3V.
When connecting the power to my custom board, the DK is no longer detected in VS Code. If I remove the custom board (and power cycle the dk), its back to normal.
I managed to make it work with an earlier version of the board, so the HW itself should be fine. But I'm not able to now, and I fear I might be forgetting something.
Am I connecting it correctly?
My expectations are that I can connect it as such, flash it, and communicate to it via RTT using MOSH. I managed to do this the last time.
Right now I'm kind of stuck, so thanks for any help!
