Hello

Why the number of repetitions in specify by 8 values(1-2-4-8-16-64-128)? 
Can I change the number of repetitions dynamically or not? for example, can I find 100 as a number of repetitions or it conflicts with a certain protocol?

The Coverage is decompose into 8 field, each field has a specific number of repetition.
Number of repetition in constant not dynamic. Why?
Can I choose a number that is not in the table? for example can i choose 100 repetition in uplink?

I don't think so, but I can double check.

As you can see from the table, it lists the supported values.
