Can I work on ZAP tool in my Windows System?

I want to work with ZAP tool but during the setup of the ZAP tool I found some difficulties and for your information I have Windows Operating System.

During Installation of ZAP tool when I push this command: /scripts/tools/zap/generate.py C:\ncs\v2.4.0\nrf\samples\matter\template\src\template.zap

When I write above command it just simply open generate.py file and not do any changes in my ZAP setup.

So I want to know it is true or not? OR Can You please guide me in the installation part in Windows?

Yes, I followed that step but during it I face some issues so for an alternative I use below website and Its successfully run ZAP tool on Windows.
