Custom board compatibility nRF Connect

Hello,

My company want to certificate is product with CE for this we need to do some test in a laboratory. I see you have a software nRF Connect  that have a module Direct Test Mode to test the BLE transmission on different channel. This is exactly what we need for our test but when I plug my nRF52820 custom board I have this message.

This is indeed a weird situation.. What does your device show up as in the programmer app of nrf connect for desktop.?

It’s seem that is work with a Linux PC but with MacBook Pro M1 no. On Programmer app is same.
