nrf52840: if data transmission and serial port dfu can be achieved at the same serial port?

i am using

NCS1.9.0

board is nRF52840

  The board just have 1 serial port,I need to archieved data transmission and uart DFU,how do i accomplish this.

My colleague created the mcuboot_serial_recovery_uart sample, but it's for NCS v2.2.0.
