Timer implementation (in input capture Mode ) for raising edge detection using PWM output pulse

Hi,
I m using nrf 53833 development board. I want to implement timer in input mode (zephyr )to detect raising edge of the pulse (Pulse is generated through PWM ). when any raising edge is detected. if there is any example code, please provide me
