L2CAP Connection-Oriented Channel (CoC) - does Android support this?

 L2CAP Connection-Oriented Channel (CoC) - how is it different then HVX?

Does Android or the Nordic Android scanner library support CoC?

Can I create an Android app that doesn't use GATT / BLE services but use CoC?

For example,

Can I create an Android app that can be a Object Transfer Service (OTS) client?

Hi,

I believe Android starting from v8.0 supports this. But we don't have any android example code for this.

I'm not familiar with these APIs. Maybe you could ask this in some kind of forum for Android developers

It's supported in Android since version 10.

Use developer.android.com/.../BluetoothDevice or 

https://developer.android.com/reference/android/bluetooth/BluetoothDevice#createInsecureL2capChannel(int).

I don't think OTS is built in so you will have to implement that yourself.
