What is the best BLE Profile for my application?

We are developing an application that has to be able to send the data of a VGA image, and We don't know which of the GATT supported profiles will be the best to do that. So please, Could somebody help us to select one of them?

The best profile for such application is to create your own. :-) With BLE all profile and service support is in the application and not in the stack, making it easy to create a custom profile and service for specific use cases.

Take a look at nAN-36 for an example of how to do so.
