Why I couldn't wirte RBPCONF register via JLinkExe?

I found I couln't write RBPCONF register via JLinkExe on Mac (everytime i wrote the value just remains) but only through nrfgo with option "Lock entire chip from readback" selected on PC. I conjecture it's on the concern of security.

But I'm just curious about how nrfgo did it ? I know the nrfjprog with option "-rbp" has the same effect like nrfgo, but I heared nrfjprog is just based on JLinkExe. So how could I use JLinkExe to write the register directly?

Did you enable writing to flash before trying to write the RBPCONF value? Try that.
