Where can I find a description of the different nRF24 part numbers? Specifically, I am interested in learning which part numbers correspond to OTP variants. Thanks!

Hi

You can find this information in the "Ordering Information" chapter in the product specification (datasheet), typically one of the last chapters. Here the different part numbers are listed, and the meaning of the different fields in the product name will be explained.
