Nrf 52840 dongle zigbee light bulb configuration

Hello dear community!!

I am trying to create zigbee light bulb and light switch using nrf52840 dongle.I am using visualstudio as IDE and trying to use the sample provided by it. While building the zigbee light bulb I am asked to select the board: which one should I choose nrf52840dongle_nrf52840 or nrf52840_mdk_usb_dongle? And after that I am using prj.conf.I am also getting the option to choose Kconfig fragment: boards\nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp.conf. Shall I select it or not?

And after that which hex file should I add in the nrf connect desktop to dongle ?

Thank you for your reply.I also have a nrf 52833 dk  and used kconfig fragment nrf52833dk option and was able to build as well as flash on it.
