How to enable ETM trace in nRF 52 Preview board

Hello,

I have a nRF 52 preview board (PCA10036) and would like to use ETM trace to enable the "execution profiling" in Keil v5.

After I enable the trace and ETM trace in the option, I got a error message "trace HW not present" when I start debug. So I would like to know how to enable the ETM in a right way ?

Unfortunately, the engineering sample on the preview kit does not have the trace functionality.
