I also have failure running proximity app on PCA10001. Could that be the reason? 4.4.2 is running ok. 5.0.0.34603 does not start or advertise.

Where is the file softdevice_handler.h ? How can I define macro MAX ?
I have the same problem as what Modern Advice is experiencing. I'm using SD 5.2.1 and the 5.0.0.34603 version of the SDK.
Yet there is no compile error, this is surprising.
What SD do you use with 4.4.2 when it works?
