Can nRF52832 operate both with BLE session and UART sending/receiving data simultaneously without any conflict?

Dears,

I want to have in the main loop UART read/write functions, which will capture data from the BLE session and send it to the external MCU over the Serial interface? Are there any possible conflicts, or showstoppers? Any examples of how this is realized are most welcome.
