SDK for Windows Bluetooth application development

I would like to develop Bluetooth application on Windows operation system. Does Nordic provide SDK?

Do you intend to use build-in Bluetooth for the PC, or connect one of our Developement Kits or Dongles to the PC for Bluetooth?

Both are okay for me. I just want to know if Nordic provides Windows sdk?

While we do have some tools to use Bluetooth from a Windows PC, we do not provide an SDK to develop Bluetooth applications for Windows, no.
