Recently I have been exploring nRF52840 SoC with a waveshare module. I Installed all the latest versions of nRF Connect SDK (Ver 2.4.0) nRF Mesh Mobile application (Ver 3.3.0), VS Code (Ver 1.80.1). I am able to Compile, Build and Flash the Mesh Light Example from nRF Connect SDK. When I tried to provision the node, nRF Mesh app throws exception of Initial Configuration Failed and said me to follow few steps manually Tried them but the app keeps getting disconnected from the node intermittently whenever i try to click Get Composition Data.
After few hours of invalid tries, I changed the SDK version from 2.4.0 of nRF Connect SDK to 2.3.0 by using Toolchain Manager. The node got provisioned and I am able to see the elements as programmed.
Don't know the reason. But I feel it's better to be on updated SDK so any help regarding this issue will be appreciated.
