Read and notify Temperature BLE (nrf Connect SDK)

Hello,

I try to implement a BLE service, in order to read and notifiy the temperature and display it in the app . I oriented myseld on the LED_BLE sercie.However, I am somewhat overwhelmed.  Would it be possible that you send me a program to read the temperature via the sensor on the chip and display it in the nrf Connect app, so that I can then try to understand the program. I would be very grateful

I think the UUID do not matter in the nrf Connect app.

I don't know whether I understand your query well. Are you connecting a temperature sensor to the board you are trying with? Or are you trying to read the integrated temperature sensor inside the IC. Please see that this is an IC integrated sensor for reading the CPU temperature, See this (but this is for nRF52832).
