can't download nRF Connect SDK v2.4.0 using Toolchain Manager v1.2.5

Dear Nordic Team, 

I meet a problem that when I use toolchain manager to download nRF Connect SDK v2.4.0, it will start to download, but, I only find .west folder in v2.4.0 after download is finished, no source code at all.

So, I try a older one, such as v2.3.0, but it has the same problem. How can I solve this problem? thanks. 

BTW, my system is win10 professional.

Have you installed the nRF command line tools properly? Are you getting any error message when trying to download the latest version?

yes I installed nRF command line tools.

I tried several times, and it may be successful now, but most of times, it will fail.
