can't download nRF Connect SDK v2.4.0 using Toolchain Manager v1.2.5

Dear Nordic Team, 

I meet a problem that when I use toolchain manager to download nRF Connect SDK v2.4.0, it will start to download, but, I only find .west folder in v2.4.0 after download is finished, no source code at all.

So, I try a older one, such as v2.3.0, but it has the same problem. How can I solve this problem? thanks. 

BTW, my system is win10 professional.

Not sure why is this happening. Is this because of any firewall or the network server you are using while trying to download the sdk?

I am facing similar issue as you have in this ticket for my office laptop(Windows 10 Enterprise version) . I am using the latest Tool chain manager to install the latest nRF connect SDK v2.4.1. The SDK installation is successful but the folder C:\ncs\v2.4.1 contains only the folder ".west", that too this folder ".west" is empty. All other folders and files are missing.

Is your issue is resolved. If so how you resolved the issue.

Yes, I find it will be OK if you try more times. I am not sure why, but you can have a try.
